    A: The first step to swapping out the MAP Sensor is to take off the engine sight shields and Fuel Rail assembly, because getting to the MAP Sensor does not need you to take off the intake manifold. Next, you should remove the pcv heat exchange cable fastener , the pcv h take off the MAP Sensor connector, pull the MAP Sensor forward to free it, and lift it up. Take a moment to inspect the MAP Sensor seal for damage before putting in the new sensor, replacing it if needed, and adding a bit of clean engine oil to it. Go ahead and install the MAP Sensor by pushing it down, making sure it slots into the retainer, and then secure the harness connector. Put the pcv hose assembly back in place, slip it into the mounting brackets , and attach the pcv hose to the right bank port and the pcv hose to the Throttle Body. Place and tighten the pcv heat exchange cable fastener to 12 n.m (106 lb in), and afterwards put back the Fuel Rail and the engine sight shield.
