How to replace the rear axle lower control arm on 2002 Chevrolet Prizm?

To change the rear axle lower Control Arm, first lift up and jack up the vehicle, next, to remove the 2 nuts, 3 washers, and the rear suspension rear lower Control Arm. Apply paint to mark with match marks inside rear Control Arm end, inner lock nut, rear Control Arm adjuster, outer lock nut, and outer rear Control Arm end. Remove the 2 lock nuts and undo the inner rear Control Arm end, inner lock nut, rear Control Arm adjuster, outer lock nut, and outer rear Control Arm end. Marking the new component in the same locations as the old one if replacing the rear suspension rear lower Control Arm. Join together the components, placing the match marks, and ensure the weight of the vehicle is on the tires and wheels before tightening. Mount rear suspension rear lower Control Arm to the rear suspension crossmember using 3 washers and tightening it to the rear suspension crossmember with 2 nuts. Lower the vehicle and take it to a drive-on lift or alignment rack. Stabilize the suspension by bouncing a few times to settle things out. Correctly tighten the rear suspension Control Arm nuts and bolts to 125 nm (89 ft. Lbs.), take rear wheel alignment and adjust accordingly before moving the vehicle from alignment rack.
