How to replace the radiator grille emblem/nameplate on 2004 Cadillac CTS?

Apply the Heat Gun (J 25070) to soften the Radiator Grille Emblem/Nameplate by keeping it about 152 mm (6 inches) from the emblem surface. Use the Heat Gun to apply circular heat until the emblem becomes detachable. Pull the emblem out from the grille either with the wreath or crest design. Clean the emblem area with 3M P/N 07501 or equivalent to remove all old adhesive before using a plastic tool to loosen and remove it. Clean the surface area by soaking it in warm water and soap followed by using a lint-free cloth to dry it. Clean the installation area using a cloth dipped in 50 percent isopropyl alcohol and 50 percent water mixture. Keep your fingers off the adhesive tape while you also prevent it from touching dirt. Stand the emblem herdids up and slot matching pins one and two into grille holes from behind before sticking down for 30 seconds to secure permanently.
