How to replace the thermostat (LA3, LY9) on 2004 Cadillac CTS?

First remove Thermostat Housing to replace the Thermostat (LA3, LY9). Then, to remove Thermostat from the housing, press scrape on both sides, turn pushing Thermostat till it clears retaining feature, releasing pressure and pull out the Thermostat from housing. For installation, with the pin of the Thermostat aligned to the housing orifice, push down the ears of both sides, turn the Thermostat so it align with the retaining character, release the pressure, and end up installing the Thermostat Housing.
