Unscrew and remove the 4 nuts holding the Catalytic Converter to the exhaust manifold rear pipe but keep enough space so the front studs on the Catalytic Converter can pass the manifold rear pipe. The Catalytic Converter Gasket receives disposal followed by removal of two bolts connecting the exhaust manifold rear pipe to right exhaust manifold before removing two bolts fixing it to exhaust manifold front pipe. Use both hands to extract the rear exhaust manifold pipe while removing its gasket since their reinstallation is forbidden. Lbs.), then fasten the exhaust manifold flange seal retainer bolts to 25 nm (18 ft. Lbs.). Put the new Catalytic Converter Gasket onto the Catalytic Converter studs before setting the Catalytic Converter onto the exhaust manifold rear pipe. Tighten the 4 nuts to 25 nm (18 ft. Lbs.).
