To start the replacement you must drill out the rivets of the left or right Muffler heat shield before taking off the left or right heat shield washers and shield itself. The installation process starts with attaching the left or right heat shield accompanied by washers then adding new heat shield rivets before reinstalling the left or right Muffler.
