After that remove the egr outlet pipe nut from the egr valve inlet adapter pipe. You should first disconnect the egr valve outlet pipe from its installation. The egr valve outlet pipe installation should begin with its fitted placement. All steps should follow the fastener notice within the service precautions guidelines. Install the egr outlet pipe bolt to the Intake Manifold while torquing it to 30 n.m (22 lb ft). You should place the egr outlet pipe nut onto the egr valve inlet adapter pipe before screwing it to 30 n.m (22 lb ft). The last step involves reinstallation of the air cleaner intake duct.
