In order to change the valve stem oil seal and valve spring, make sure that the piston is in top dead center. Dislodge the spark plug and rocker arm and press compressed air using a Spark Plug Port Adapter. Detach the valve locks, cap and spring- compress the valve spring. Check and change the oil seal, and reinstall the parts.
