  A: To replace the Valve Stem Oil Seal and the valve spring, the first thing is to position the Piston at the working cylinder to top dead center (TDC) so that the valve cannot fall into the cylinder. First, loosen up the Spark Plug and clean it up prior to taking it out. Next, you need to take the Rocker Arm out, install the Spark Plug port adapter (J 22794) you should have and install it into the hole that is where the Spark Plug should go in and apply compressed air to hold the valves open. Using the valve spring compressor (J 38606) attach it to the spring and compress it so as to remove valve locks, valve cap, and valve spring. And. Check on the valve spring for damage and remove the Valve Stem Oil Seal. For installation, begin with insertion of the new Valve Stem Oil Seal followed by the valve spring and valve cap. Using the valve spring compressor (J 38606) compress the valve spring once more and then install the valve locks but only if grip can be secured with grease. Reliev the valve spring and make sure that the locks are seated appropriately on the compartment.
