How to perform bench bleeding of the brake master cylinder on 2005 Cadillac CTS?

Position the Brake Master Cylinder mounting flange in a bench vise with its rear part available to work on. Insert suitable adaptors that fit the master cylinder ports to create flare seat connections that let you hose in fluid. Connect transparent hoses to matching fittings on the master cylinder base until they reach the master cylinder reservoir. Insert the end of hoses into delco supreme 11 (GM P/N 12377967-Canadian P/N 992667) brake fluid until they rest below the reservoir surface while keeping the fluid supply container clean and sealed. Use a gently rounded tool to press and release the primary Piston 25mm several times while inspecting fluid flow from ports; the pressure needed to depress the Piston increases as air is purged from the system. Push the Piston down several times till both ports pump pure fluid with no air bubbles appear. Plug back the master cylinder reservoir cap and diaphragm then disassemble the fittings with their hoses from the ports while maintaining a cloth spread over the master cylinder to catch any drips as you take it off the vise.
