How to replace the Power Steering Hose on 2005 Chevrolet Corvette?

A hightened vehicle on a hoist is required to replace the power steering pressure pipe/hose. Disengage the power steering pressure hose from both the Power Steering Pump and power steering gear before taking it away from the vehicle. The power steering pressure hose should be placed back onto the vehicle after its placement onto the power steering gear and the fitting must be torqued to 27 nm (20 ft. Lbs.). The power steering pressure hose must be connected to the Power Steering Pump with the fitting torqued to 27 nm (20 ft. Lbs.). Complete the installation by lowering the vehicle while performing a power steering system bleeding.
