Start by opening the endgate and removing the regulator bolt access plugs to replace the back window regulator. You will start by removing the endgate trim panel and endgate inner panel reinforcement and then uninstalling the endgate window. First remove the bolt securing the regulator to the endgate before loosening nuts which keep the regulator rails attached to the endgate. Pull the regulator side rails upward and forward through their respective keyhole slots in the gate. Afterwards disconnect the electrical connector from the window regulator before you extract the regulator assembly through the access opening.
