Disconnect the automatic level control sensor link and head lamp adjustment link from the upper Control Arm. First lift the lower Control Arm using a suitable jack system while supporting it at its location. Remove the lower bolt securing the shock absorber. Use a suitable jack to support the rear frame while you lower the lower Control Arm so you can remove the support. Behind the coil spring replacement area, remove all frame bolts starting with those from the particular side as well as the frame to body side mounting bolts and washers. When lowering the frame to remove the coil spring keep it below the guide pins to avoid exceeding them. Install the new coil spring by placing it into the vehicle and first elevating the frame. Fasten frame-to-body mounting bolts with washers after which tighten front hardware at 265 nm (195 ft. Lbs.) and rear hardware at 191 nm (140 ft. Lbs.).
