• Q: How to replace the ABS Control Module on 2006 Cadillac STS?

  A: Positive Battery Cable disconnect should be done in the off mode to stop various dtcs from triggering while working on the 2005 cadillac sts ABS Control Module. Allow the ignition to remain off for at least 2 minutes until high-speed lan control modules have switched off. The first step includes disconnecting the negative Battery Cable followed by vehicle lift and support. This procedure should end with removal of the air deflector shield and right front wheelhouse liner as long as the washer solvent container remains secure with its bracket. Start by cleaning the space surrounding the ABS Control Module before using a tool to disconnect its electrical connector which requires pressing the retainer and turning the connector tab forward.
