How to replace the engine oil cooler hose/pipe without KPS on 2006 Chevrolet Corvette?

Start replacement of the engine oil cooler hose/pipe without KPS by positioning an oil drain pan under the vehicle. First disconnect the engine oil cooler hose/pipe from the external oil cooler before removing the engine oil cooler hose/pipe clip from the fan shroud. Start by unscrewing the bolt holding the engine oil cooler hose/pipe assembly to the engine block. Then unscrew the bolts that attach the hose/pipe to the oil filter housing. You should detach the components and remove the engine oil cooler hose/pipe assembly and throw away all of its seals. Begin your installation by applying new engine oil cooler hose/pipe seals followed by repositioning the engine oil cooler hose/pipe assembly onto the vehicle platform. The hose/pipe should be fastened to the oil filter housing with bolts which require torquing to 12 Nm (106 inch lbs.) before tightening the engine block bolt to 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.). When you pull back the oil drain pan secure the quick connect fitting via a push-on and pull-back sequence. The engine oil cooler hose/pipes installation completes with the external oil cooler connection and fan shroud attachment of the engine oil cooler hose/pipe clip while also performing engine oil refills.
