Firstly, before starting the process of replacing, install an oil drain pan below the vehicle. Remove the engine Oil Cooler Hose/pipe f rom the
Radiator, then remove the engine Oil Cooler Hose/pipe cl ip from the
Fan Shroud. Finally remove the bolt that fastens the engine Oil Cooler Hose/pipe assembly to the engine block removal follows the bolt fastening the engine Oil Cooler Hose/pipe to the oil filter housing. Then remove the engine Oil Cooler Hose/pipe assembly from the vehicle discarding all engine Oil Cooler Hose/pipe seals. For installation, first install new engine Oil Cooler Hose/pipe seals and install the engine Oil Cooler Hose/pipe assembly back in vehicle. Secure the engine Oil Cooler Hose/pipe to the oil filter housing bolts installing and tighten, 12 nm (106 lb.in) and install the bolt and tighten, 25 nm (18 lb ft) fasten to the engine block. Reject the oil drain pan from the bottom part of the car, make sure that the quick connector fitting is pulled to some distance and pulled back to assure correlation connection. Lastly, fit the engine Oil Cooler Hose/pipes onto the Radiator and mount the engine Oil Cooler Hose/pipe clip onto the Fan Shroud and before refilling the engine oil.
