How to replace the inlet radiator hose on Chevrolet Corvette?

The replacement work on the Radiator inlet hose starts with draining the cooling system. First remove the Radiator support while using hose clamp pliers (J 38185) to pull tension from the clamp securing the inlet Radiator hose at the Radiator and detach the hose from its position. You will use the hose clamp pliers (J 38185) once again to separate tension from the hose clamp at the Water Pump before hose disconnection. Take off the Radiator inlet hose from the car. During installation of the new Radiator inlet hose position the reference marks carefully so the fitting stays undamaged from unnecessary strain. Clean coolant should be used to lubricate all hose interior diameters before you install the new part. Engage tension on the Water Pump hose clamp by using the hose clamp pliers (J 38185) during the installation process. The Radiator hose needs connection by threading the hose onto the Radiator while tightening its clamp using hose clamp pliers (J 38185). After installation complete the system by filling the cooling system canal.
