  A: Raising and supporting the vehicle has to be done first to replace the engine oil and Oil Filter. Place the oil drain pan under the engine oil Drain Plug. Then undo the plug after cleaning the plug thoroughly and inspect it for a needed replacement. Clean the sealing surface of the Oil Pan and replace it (or repair) if necessary. Next, the Oil Filter needs to be wriggled off and the sealing area on the Oil Filter adapter cleaned and then the area repaired or replaced as required. Minorly oil the replacement Oil Filter gasket with clean oil and mount the new Oil Filter, applying 3/4 to 1 complete turn after the gasket touches the mounting area. Install the engine oil Drain Plug and tighten to 25 nm (18 ft. Lbs.). Lower the vehicle, remove the oil fill cap from the rocker arm cover, take off the oil drain pan. Oil the engine with new engine oil back and replace the oil fill cover.
