How to replace the Rocker Shaft Spring Kit and valve stem oil seal on 2006 Chevrolet Malibu?

To replace the Valve Stem Oil Seal and valve spring, first disconnect Camshaft and Camshaft roller followers. Next, install the valve spring compressor (J 43649) to the Cylinder Head and take out the spark plugs. From an air hose, connect an air hose adaptor to the Spark Plug hole and pressurize cylinder to 690 kpa (100 psi). Compress the valve spring, remove valve spring keepers and the valve spring itself. Remove the valve seal using the valve guide seal remover (J 36017). To install use the valve guide seal remover (J 36017) to install the new valve seal and the valve spring. Compress the valve spring again and proceed with installation of the valve spring keepers. Take off the air hose adapter from the Spark Plug hole, remove the valve spring compressor or (J 43649) from the Cylinder Head and then reinstall back the spark plugs, camshaft roller followers and the Camshaft once again.
