How to replace the Rocker Shaft Spring Kit and valve stem oil seal on 2005 Chevrolet Malibu?

When changing the valve stem oil seal and valve spring, make sure that the piston is on top dead center. Take out the spark plug and the rocker arm and place the valves in a spark plug port adapter. Press a valve spring down, take out the locks and fit the new seal and spring. Install rocker arm and spark plug again.
