How to replace the Front Cross-Member and Rear Crossmember on 2006 GMC Canyon?

Finding the crossmember to be damaged, pull the vehicle up, unscrew the mounting nuts and bolts and remove the crossmember. Wipe the threads of the bolts and then dry them then apply Threadlocker. Attach the bolts and nuts, screw them and lastly, put the vehicle down.
