Begin by loosening the Steering Column's intermediate Steering Shaft nut and bolt . Then extract the intermediate Steering Shaft from the column. Apply the intermediate Steering Shaft to the Steering Column by proceeding according to the fastener notice during installation steps. Follow the fastener notice to join the intermediate Steering Shaft bolt to the Steering Column before tightening the bolt's nut to 47 n.m (35 lb ft). Reassemble the Steering Column by putting back the intermediate Steering Shaft boot followed by the Steering Column itself.
