    A: In order to replace the Steering Knuckle, it is necessary to lift and support the vehicle first and then tire and wheel next thing to go is the wheel bearing/hub. Next, remove the outer tie rod to Steering Knuckle retaining nut and use the j 24319-b universal steering linkage puller to separate the tie rod from Steering Knuckle. Go ahead and unbolt the brake hose bracket from Steering Knuckle retaining bolts, then unbolt the upper control arm ball stud to Steering Knuckle retaining nut and remove upper control arm ball stud from Steering Knuckle. You are also going to remove the lower control arm ball stud to Steering Knuckle retaining nut, and use this j 43631 ball joint remover to separate the lower control arm ball stud from the Steering Knuckle before finally removing the Steering Knuckle. During the installation, connect the Steering Knuckle to the lower control arm ball stud and add a new lower control arm ball stud retaining nut. Next, install the upper control arm ball stud at the Steering Knuckle with the new upper control arm ball stud retaining nut, followed by the brake hose bracket on to the Steering Knuckle retaining bolts. Attach the outer tie rod to the Steering Knuckle and replace the outer tie rod retaining nut, and replace the wheel bearing/hub, the tie and wheel, and lower the vehicle.
