How to replace the blower motor on 2007 Cadillac STS?

First you need to take out the right closeout insulator panel and instrument panel compartment to access the blower motor. Take off both the blower motor electrical connector and blower motor processor electrical connector for replacement. Use a screwdriver to remove the screws that retain the blower motor while taking out the air inlet housing bolts to make enough room to take out the blower motor. Place the blower motor first and mind the location directions found in the Fastener Notice. Attach and tighten the blower motor screws to 1.5 N.m (13 lb in). Turn the air intake housing bolts clockwise and make them 6 N.m strong. Put back the blower motor processor electrical and blower motor electrical connectors and reinstall the IP compartment with the right insulator panel.
