How to replace the engine oil pressure switch on 2007 Chevrolet Corvette?

Remove the left engine sight cover to replace the engine oil pressure sensor or switch. Kiapo the arrangement around the oil sensor/switch prior to proceeding. Then, remove the vacuum hose for the power Brake Booster and separate the electric connector of the oil pressure sensor/switch. Remove the oil pressure sensor/switch in the device (Oil Pressure Sensor Socket (J 41712))). If re-installing the old sensor: apply threadlocker sealant as required in the sealers, adhesives, and lubricants section. Install oil pressure sensor/switch with socket oil pressure sensor socket (J41712) with torque of 35 n.m(26 lb ft). Reconnect the electrical connector for the oil pressure sensor/switch and reinstall the vacuum hose for the power Brake Booster and finally, the left engine sight cover has to be installed.
