  A: To replace the Parking Brake Shoe, first, support the vehicle through lifting but also removing the rear tire and the wheel assemblies. Release the tension on the park brake system at the equalizer assembly, removal of rear caliper bracket, and rear rotor. Unplug and pull off the rear park brake cable from the rear wheel bracket, unplug the park brake cable return spring from the park brake actuator and bracket on the rear wheel. Next, also take out the rear hub consisting of rear hub, backing plate, park brake cable bracket, and park brake actuator as an assembly.
