How to replace the steering knuckle on an AWD on 2008 Cadillac CTS?

To change the Steering Knuckle of an awd car, lift and support the vehicle, then off the tire and the wheel. Then, remove the wheel bearing/hub, go on to take out the outer tie rod from the Steering Knuckle. Unbolt the brake hose bracket retaining bolts, and then take the Steering Knuckle off the upper Control Arm and position it below the Control Arm. For installation start by pressing to the Steering Knuckle to the lower Control Arm, then to the upper one. Reattach the brake hose bracket to the Steering Knuckle retaining bolts, then the outer tie rod to the Steering Knuckle. Finally, install the wheel bearing/hub, tire and wheel, lower the vehicle. Make sure that the ball stud does not rotate when disassembling or reassembling, and do not employ a pickle fork or wedge-type tool so as to ruin the seal or bushing.
