    A: In order to change the Steering Knuckle, start by ensuring that the vehicle is raised and supported. Of course, remove the brake caliper and rotor, following the required procedures. Next, remove the stabilizer shaft link from the lower Control Arm and disable the Wheel Speed Sensor electric connector. Jack the lower arm arm up on a jackstand. Use the j 42188 ball joint separator (J 42188) to loosen the steering linkage outer tie rod ball stud, upper Control Arm ball joint stud, and the lower ball joint stud from the Steering Knuckle. Make sure to remove these components and take out the Steering Knuckle from the vehicle. To install, ensure the Steering Knuckle is attached to both upper and lower control arms, jack stands off before taking off. Reconnect the outer, steering linkage ball stud to the Steering Knuckle with the stabilizer shaft link to the lower Control Arm with a tightening of 72 n.m (53 lb ft). Connect the Wheel Speed Sensor electrical connector back, then fit the brake rotor and the brake caliper. Lastly, install the tire and wheel assembly, lower the vehicle, and then check the front wheel toe adjusting it if it's called for.
