How to replace the Rear Ride Height Sensor on 2008 Cadillac XLR?

Turn off the Ignition Switch then raise and support the vehicle before starting the replacement process of the electronic suspension rear position sensor. The tire and wheel assembly needs removal before disconnecting the electronic suspension control (ESC) position sensor harness connector and the position sensor link from the control arm link stud. First you should detach the position sensor by removing its mounting bolt before removing the device from the vehicle. To attach the position sensor reinstall it to the vehicle with all actions carried out according to the fastener notice. Through use of the mounting bolt secure the position sensor while torquing it to 7 n.m (62 lb in). Connect the esc position harness connector along with the position sensor link to the control arm link stud. Put back the tire along with the wheel assembly before lowering the vehicle.
