How to replace the Front Cross-Member and Rear Crossmember on 2008 Chevrolet Colorado?

First, raise the vehicle to be able to replace the crossmember. Then take out the crossmember mounting nuts and bolts and then take the crossmember off the vehicle. For installation, you put the crossmember back in its place. Make sure to remove all the traces of the original adhesive patch, clean the threads of screws with denatured alcohol or equivalent parts and let them dry & then apply threadlocker gm p/n 12345493 (Canadian P/N 10953488). Later, install bolts and nuts, tightening up to 60 n.m (44 lb ft) under a vehicle and lower the latter.
