How to replace the rear disc brake pads on 2008 Chevrolet Impala?

Inspect reservoir, lower fluid if high. Raise vehicle, remove wheel, secure rotor with lug nut, compress piston. Remove caliper bolt, pivot caliper, remove pads and clips, inspect hardware and boots. Recompress piston, install retainers and pads, swing caliper, lubricate and tighten bolt. Refit wheel, lower vehicle, pump brakes, refill reservoir, burnish pads and rotors.
