How to replace the catalytic converter on the right side for a V6 engine on 2009 Cadillac CTS?

To change the Catalytic Converter on the right side for v6, start the process by removing the Exhaust Manifold heat shield. Then remove nuts of the Catalytic Converter and lift and support the vehicle. Unplug the Oxygen Sensor electrical connector; take the out pipe connecting the left side Catalytic Converter; remove out pipe covering the right side Catalytic Converter. It requires the removal of the Catalytic Converter with a seal/heat shield and Oxygen Sensor from the Exhaust Manifold, and then the Oxygen Sensor from the Catalytic Converter. When installing, clasp the Oxygen Sensor to the Catalytic Converter, engage inspecting the Catalytic Converter seal/heat shield sealing surface and replace it if worn or damaged. Mount the Catalytic Converter onto the Exhaust Manifold and loosely tighten it with the nuts. Reconnect the Oxygen Sensor electrical connector as well; one could also check the seal of the Catalytic Converter, replacing it if needed. Mount the exhaust pipes and nuts onto the left and right side catalytic converters, torquing them (13 lb ft, 17 Nm). Lower and tighten the nuts of the Catalytic Converter to 50 nm (37 lb ft). At last, install the Exhaust Manifold heat shield and check the exhaust for leaks.
