Use caution to pull out the Mass Air Flow Sensor with its attached Mass Air Flow Sensor seal before discarding the existing seal. Place the new Mass Air Flow Sensor seal together with the Mass Air Flow Sensor in their proper position while tightening the Mass Air Flow Sensor screws to 4 nm (35 lb in). The last step involves installation of the air cleaner intake duct followed by attaching the mass air flow electrical connector.
