How to replace the Rocker Shaft Spring Kit and Valve Stem Oil Seal on the left side on 2009 Cadillac SRX?

To replace left valve stem oil seal and spring, remove starter, fit EN 46106 to lock crankshaft, then take out camshafts and rocker arms. Remove spark plug, connect J 39313 to air, position EN 46110, compress spring carefully, extract keepers, spring and seal with EN 46117/46116, install new seal, reassemble components, detach tools and reinstall starter.
