To replace the timing chain and sprockets, start with removing the engine front cover. Then, remove the right bank secondary Timing Chain Tensioner, and finally remove the right bank secondary timing chain shoe and guide. Next, pull off the right bank secondary chain cam drive. Subsequently, remove the Timing Chain Tensioner, the operation as well as the timing chain upper guide, the timing chain. For installation, first install the timing chain, then upper Timing Chain Guide, and Timing Chain Tensioner. Install the right bank secondary timing chain, after which proceed to install the right bank secondary Timing Chain Guide, right bank secondary timing chain shoe, and right bank secondary Timing Chain Tensioner. Finally replace the engine front cover.
