    A: Recycling of refrigerant must begin as the first step before air conditioning condenser replacement. Start by removing the Radiator before disconnecting the a/c line coupling between condenser and evaporator tubes and removing the a/c compressor line nut from the condenser while setting the a/c compressor line to the side. Through vehicle disassembly the user should remove the condenser while discarding both o-ring seals together with the seal washer. When installing a new condenser you should follow the system capacity specifications for adding refrigerant oil. The a/c compressor hose receives a new seal washer while the evaporator tube requires new o-ring seals before installing the new condenser. Start by reattaching the Radiator then connect the evaporator tube to the condenser before finally coupling the a/c line to both tubes. Use a 20mm wrench but a pliers on the A/C Condenser block fitting during installation to prevent twisting before tightening the a/c compressor hose block fitting nut to 17 nm (12.5 lb ft). Evacuate the a/c system then recharge it afterward while also testing each fitting with the halogen leak detector (J 39400-A).
