Begin by removing the Radiator and following it with a/c line coupling detachment from condenser tube to evaporator tube. Finally remove the a/c compressor line nut from condenser then place the a/c compressor line aside. Following removal of the condenser from the vehicle proceed to discard both the o-ring seals and seal washer. System capacity data should direct the addition of refrigerant oil when you install a new condenser. The vehicle installation process starts by inserting the new condenser followed by adding a new seal washer to a/c compressor hose and fitting new o-ring seals to evaporator tube. First reinstall the Radiator after connecting the evaporator tube to the condenser then join the a/c line coupling to both tubes. Position a 20 mm wrench or pliers on the A/C Condenser block fitting throughout the process and tighten the a/c compressor hose block fitting nut to 17 nm (12.5 lb ft) torque. Using j 39400-a - halogen leak detector perform a leak test on the fittings following system evacuation and recharge.
