How to replace the Coolant Pipe for the Radiator Surge Tank (LF1, LLT) on 2010 Cadillac CTS?

Before performing the replacement therapy of the Radiator Surge Tank Engine Hose (LF1, LLT), one should drain the cooling system. Use J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers to release the engine hose from the surge tank with the tools resting on the clamp. Loosen the bolt on the bracket holding back the surge tank engine hose to the engine and unhook the engine windshield for the wipers transmission. Again, run the J 38185 to disconnect the surge tank engine hose from the thermostat assembly and drop it down the engine. For installation, mount the new surge tank engine hose to the engine and disconnect it at the thermostat assembly using J 38185. Reinstall the windshield wiper transmission and then bolt the surge tank engine hose to the engine tightening it using bolt on the bracket that was tightened to 9 Nm (80 lb in). Lastly, attach the engine hose to the surge tank by connecting it with J 38185 and fill the cooling system.
