  A: Initialization of air conditioning condenser replacement demands recovery of the refrigerant content first. Before work begins you must first dismount the Power Steering Cooler bolts then elevate and stabilize the vehicle. Begin by removing front air deflector retainers followed by front air deflector then lower air baffle push pin retainers. Before disconnecting the discharge line from the condenser and throwing away the o-ring you need to remove the condenser upper bracket bolts and lower mounting bolts and discharge line bolt. The removal process begins with the condenser tube bolt extraction followed by condenser tube separation and disposal of the o-ring. First move the Power Steering Cooler to the side so you can remove the condenser. Then take out the condenser. During new condenser installation you must apply the recommended amount of pag oil directly to the condenser. After installing the condenser you must reposition the Power Steering Cooler. Insert a new o-ring onto the condenser tube before hooking it to the condenser unit and torquing the condenser tube bolt to 9 nm (80 lb in). Attach a new o-ring to the discharge line and fit the line onto the condenser then tighten the discharge line bolt to 9 nm (80 lb in). Install and tighten the lower condenser mounting bolts to 5.4 nm (48 lb in) then torque the upper bracket bolts to identical specification. You need to reinstall both lower air baffle push pin retainers in addition to the front air deflector and its respective retaining elements. After lowering the vehicle it is possible to mount the Power Steering Cooler bolts.
