How to replace the rear axle upper control arm on 2010 Chevrolet Tahoe?

To remove the rear axle upper control arm, raise and support the vehicle at abar height. Remove the electronic suspension control (ESC) sensor if present. Remove the upper control arm retaining nut and bolt from the frame bracket and axle bracket and remove upper control arm. For installation, readjust the upper control arm and attach it to the axle bracket with retaining bolt and nut and to the frame bracket with a retaining bolt. Do not snug up the nuts until the suspension hits the curb height. Tighten the upper control arm nut 160 Nm (118 lb ft). Reconnect the ESC sensor if installed. Finally, lower the vehicle.
