How to service and repair the valve guide seal, replace the valve stem oil seal, and valve spring on 2010 GMC Canyon?

Raise and support vehicle, install EN 46547 in flywheel, lower vehicle. Remove camshafts and plugs. Mount J-44228-A base plate, insert J 39313 with air to hold valve closed. Compress spring, remove locks, spring and seal; install new seal, spring, locks. Repeat for each valve and cylinder, reassemble, withdraw EN 46547, reinstall plug, lower vehicle.
