How to replace the Engine Coolant Pipe with AFM on 2010 GMC Yukon?

Starting the replace process requires the removal of the Intake Manifold when the rear coolant air bleed covers need replacement. Continue with the following step if necessary. Drain the cooling system and next remove the air cleaner outlet duct. The radiator hose clamp should be repositioned to open up the coolant air bleed pipe fitting before removing the hose from this tube. Using your tools remove the bolts attached to the coolant air bleed pipe (309) before taking out both the pipe (307) and the parts (308). Remove the coolant air bleed cover bolts (312) and the covers (313) and their seals (308) but discard all seals afterward. First inspect the nipple end of the pipe for the o-ring seal (308) before setting both seals onto the coolant air bleed pipe (307) or covers for installation. Secure the coolant air bleed pipe (307) and its seals (308) to cylinder heads while ensuring proper torque of 12 nm (106 lb in) on the coolant air bleed pipe bolts (309). The installation starts from placing coolant air bleed covers (313) and seals (308) into position followed by tightening coolant air bleed cover bolts (312) to 12 nm (106 lb in). Secure the radiator vent inlet hose to the coolant air bleed pipe fitting then place the radiator vent inlet hose clamp in position. Round up installation of the air cleaner outlet duct before filling the cooling system and returning the Intake Manifold if rear coolant air bleed covers needed replacement.
