  A: You must start by removing the valve Rocker Arm covers then separate all components because this leads to efficient reinstallation of parts. The process starts with removing Rocker Arm bolts before taking out the rocker arms while finishing with the removal of the pushrods. Pushrods should be reinstalled to their existing locations while applying specified lubricant (Sealers, Adhesives, and Lubricants) to the ends. Yellow-striped intake pushrods have a length of 5 3/4 inches whereas green-striped exhaust pushrods measure 6 inches and must have proper seating in the lifter. Replace the rocker arms while keeping the fastener notice in mind and tighten the Rocker Arm bolts at 32 n.m (24 lb ft). The last procedural step consists of installing the valve Rocker Arm covers back into place.
