  A: To remove the Throttle Body assembly, drain the system of coolant first, partially. Loosen the hose clamps to detach the air intake ducts and coolant hoses from the engine and then detach the atmospheric vent hose from the bottom of the Throttle Body. After the blog header pictures, remove the throttle position (TP) sensor supply wire and the Throttle Body assembly mounting bolts as well as the tp sensor Throttle Body assembly. For installation fit together the Throttle Body assembly with the tp sensor ensuring the o-rings seal themselves to the intake plenum. Mount the Throttle Body assembly fitting bolts and tighten to 22 n.m (16 lb ft). Reattach the hoses of the atmospheric vent and coolant, then install the hose clamps for the air intake duct hose by screwing them tightly up to 3 n.m with 27 lb in). Connect the tp sensor electrical connector, do idle learn, and check the engine uses a lot of coolant, and add it if required.
