  Start by taking out the A/C Condenser mounting bolts before shifting the condenser to get to the Transmission Oil Cooler. Use tool j 41623-b (Cooler Quick Connect) to separate the Transmission Oil Cooler lines from their toc connection before unclipping the lines from their retainer mount. You will need the 1/2 inch quick connect release tool (part number DT-47731) to disconnect Engine Oil Cooler (EOC) lines from the cooler unit before taking the eoc lines out of their retainer clips. Unfasten all cooler mounting bolts to free up the cooler for extraction. First install the cooler back in position then apply cooler mounting bolts while maintaining torque at 5 nm (44 lb in). Secure the eoc retaining clips around the connected eoc lines at the cooler before securing the toc lines to the toc and fixing the toc line onto the toc retainer clip. The installation process concludes with positioning and installing the condenser unit.
