Use j 41623-b cooler quick connect tool to remove toc lines from the Transmission Oil Cooler then detach the toc lines from their toc retainer clip. First disconnect the eoc lines from the cooler and remove the cooler retainer clips using the dt-47731 (1/2 Inch Quick Connect Release Tool). Dismount the cooler by first uninstalling its mounting bolts before extracting it from the vehicle. Reposition the cooler in its original position before installing and tightening the mounting bolts to 5 nm (44 lb in). Use the eoc retaining clips to fasten eoc lines onto the cooler before connecting toc lines to the toc and attaching the toc line through the toc retainer clip. Perform a final installation step with the condenser.
