The starting point requires you to undo the A/C Condenser mounting bolts for condenser relocation to access the Transmission Oil Cooler lines. The j 44827 (Transmission Cooler Quick Connect) allows operators to disconnect the toc lines from the toc before removing the bolt linking the toc line to the cooling Fan Shroud and the Radiator support bracket bolts. Using the j 44827 you should disconnect the front toc line from both the rear toc line and Radiator before moving the Radiator backward to remove the front toc lines. Initially install front Transmission Oil Cooler lines afterward connect them to the rear line before attaching to the Radiator. Install the toc lines to the Transmission Oil Cooler while readjusting the Radiator position. The installation process begins with securing the supporting brackets to the Radiator using 9 nm torque (80 lb in). Then the engineers install the Fan Shroud toc line bolts to 6.5 nm (58 lb in). The last step should involve repositioning and reinstalling the condenser unit.
