  A: Start by removing the A/C Condenser mounting bolts then reposition the condenser for improved access to the Transmission Oil Cooler. The cooler quick connect tool (J 41623-B) helps users extract the Transmission Oil Cooler (TOC) lines from their attachment to the Transmission Oil Cooler before removing the retention clip. Use the 1/2 inch quick connect release tool (DT-47731) to separate Engine Oil Cooler (EOC) lines from their connections on the cooler before detaching eoc lines from the cooler retainer clips. First unscrew the cooler mounting bolts before removing the cooler from its position. The installation process starts with placing the cooler back in position followed by tightening its mounting bolts to 5 n.m. The eoc lines receive connection to the cooler before securing them to eoc retaining clips while connecting toc lines to the Transmission Oil Cooler followed by attaching the toc line to the toc retainer clip.
