To service the Intake Manifold Temperature Sensor, the starting point should be disconnecting the negative Battery Cable. Next, demate the connection of the harness connector at the imt sensor and remove the sensor by twisting and pulling it out of the air cleaner outlet duct. For installation, simply put your imt sensor back in place, connect the harness connector and lastly reconnect the negative Battery Cable.
