Chevrolet Impala Washer Pump Parts Questions & Experts Answers
Q: How to Service and Repair the Washer Pump on a Chevrolet Impala?
A: First drain washer solvent from the reservoir container before removing the front fender liner. Take off the washer pump connections from power and water supply. Insert a small flat tool to discharge the washer pump from its solvent holder then utilize the instrument to extract the seal from the solvent container. Set the new seal into the washer solvent container using force until it fits correctly then put the new washer pump into the container following the same pressing method. Plug back the washer pump electrical wire and hose then put back the front fender lining before placing washer solvent inside the washer solvent container.
